                                     Introducing William B. Wing, Founder and Managing Partner

Bill Wing has been working for Fortune 500 companies for the past 25 years. Utilizing his extensive and unique background,
he strategically assists organizations in successfully achieving their human resources and sales objectives. With a keen
capacity for leadership, comprehensive business acumen, exceptional attention to detail, and outstanding skills in
identifying sales, technical and operational talent, Bill is an authority in his field of endeavor.  Working in various sales
leadership roles and at the senior director level in human resource positions, he knows both the sales and human
resources environment like the back of his hand.  In fact, his level of understanding of the sales and human resource arena
is unparalleled demonstrated by his receiving 5 national annual sales awards for his outstanding achievements. He also
brings years of career counseling to his background. With a great deal of experience to his credit, Bill has developed a
unique talent for assessing and developing senior leadership talent so necessary in today’s market.  

Active in his community, Bill served as Board of Directors at Any Baby Can, a non-profit agency where he currently sits on the
Advisory Board.  He also volunteers his time by providing human resources support and serves as a Board Member to
Campfire USA, a National based non-profit agency. Bill has taught Human Resources and provided several career seminars
at the University level as well as at INROADS. Bill holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration, M.P.A. Marist College and
a Masters Degree in Social Work, M.S.W. University at Michigan.

                                                 Introducing Bernadette(Tina) M Wing, President & CEO

Tina has held several technical and business exec leadership positions throughout her 40+yr career at IBM. Her “systems
thinker t-shaped” background included key leadership roles in organizations such as: Development, Product Engineering,
Program Management, Quality, Sales, Marketing, Systems Assurance, HR, Operations, and Process Engineering; with cross
business unit experience.

In one of her key executive leadership roles, she was responsible for the overall talent management worldwide for multiple
business units. Her responsibilities include building the pipelines with diverse talent and identifying leadership needs to
ensure IBM continues to be a corporate leader in its commitment to developing talent. During her tenure, IBM was
recognized by Fortune Magazine/Aon Hewitt as the global Top Company for Leaders and named as one of the top 10 best
companies for women to work by NAFE/Working Mother Magazine.

Tina has a M.S. Chemical Engineering/Chemistry from Vassar and a B.S Chemistry/Math/Biology from Marist College. She
also completed the MIT Management of Technology Program and Columbia Mini-MBA program. In addition, she has taken
various management, leadership, and program management courses continuously throughout her career to supplement
her technical background.

                                              Introducing Stephanie M. Wing, Managing Partner

It takes a special person to match applicants to the right job and Stephanie Wing is definitely that person. As Managing
Partner, Stephanie collaborates with other staff members to determine and identify exactly what the client needs.  Performing
intensive research and evaluations, she uses her resources and her gift for applicant matching to find the right candidates.
To Stephanie’s way of thinking, it’s important to identify the right candidate for any particular executive or professional
position and that means not simply filling a slot but making sure that each candidate fits well into the company’s culture. In
addition to matching a company’s philosophy and the organization’s mission, Stephanie does her utmost to make sure the
candidate fits well within the company’s personality.   

Stephanie graduated with a BA degree in Business from Southwestern University, TX and her MBA at Liberty University in VA.
Based on her background and degree, she had the opportunity to have various corporate internships for IBM in their
Marketing, Customer Relations, and Global Learning Services organizations. In addition, she has worked in the retail
industry for a number of years receiving several awards in sales and customer service. She is very active in the community
and has volunteered her time at several nonprofit agencies.

                                            Introducing Frank “Bud” Gardner, Managing Associate
Frank “Bud” Gardner brings a background over 25 years of successful experience in Human Resources and Executive
Search to WING & ASSOCIATES. With a long-standing history working for several national consulting firms, Bud has worked
with some of the finest companies including Cole, Warren & Long, Inc. With Laventhol & Horwath LLP, he served as Director
of the Executive Search Consulting Practice in the Southeast.  He has also held Senior Human Resources positions in the
Real Estate Development and Biotech industries.  When working with Bud, each client is assured of receiving one-on-one
high touch personal service, ensuring the greatest concentration of attention for each client’s specific human resources
needs. There is no question that when Bud is in your corner, you know you’re in good hands.

Bud has an MBA in Human Resources from Syracuse University, with a BA in Business Administration from Hamilton
College. He is a member of SHRM, The Society for Human Resources Management and EMA, The Employment Managers

                                             Introducing Heather Brandon, Ph.D., Managing Associate                                   

Heather brings more than twenty-five years of experience in clinical, general management, business consulting,
assessment, and training to her work as an executive recruiter.  She received her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the
University of Nevada, Reno, interned at the V.A. Medical Center in Boston, and has taken courses in organizational
development and diagnosis from the graduate school of business at New School University, New York City.  Heather has
taught at the University of Nevada, Reno, and at Bucknell University, Lewisburg, PA.  She is the author of Casualties, St.
Martin's Press, New York, NY, 1984.

Working as a community organizer, then clinician, before moving into management in the health care field, Heather was the
first Regional Director for the VA's Vietnam Veterans' Readjustment Counseling (Vet Center) Program in the Northeastern
US and Caribbean.  She moved into business consulting with Jannotta, Bray and Associates in New York City, and from
there branched into career development and executive assessment coaching, which she has worked at for more than 15
years.  Heather currently provides a portfolio of services to clients.  Included in that portfolio is executive recruiting.
